Photoshop CS3 Printing Issues

->> I just installed Photoshop CS3 on my 17 inch Intel iMac.
I can not get all the options in the print dialog box.
The print settings and colorsync won't show up in the
dialog box all I get is what shows in the screen shot below:

I've reset the print settings like Epson said to and re-installed the
driver for Intel based Macs (twice) and still nothing.
Has anyone had a similar situation upgrading CS3? This has been driving me crazy for two days.

| ->> In CS2 there is a "print with preview" option that I think also exists in CS3. Use that and you get plenty of options including the magic "let Photoshop control colours" one. |
