Hear from Mark Fainaru-Wada, one of the San Francisco Chronicle reporters who broke the BALCO story, and bid on sports memorabilia at a talk and silent auction, Tuesday, April 24 at 7 p.m. in the University of Nevada, Reno Jot Travis Student Union Alumni room. The event is sponsored by the Society of Professional Journalists, University of Nevada, Reno student chapter.
Tickets are available at the door: $25, or $10 for students. Or call 784-4563 for details.
Fainaru-Wada will be signing copies of his book, Game of Shadows: Barry Bonds, BALCO, and the Steroids Scandal that Rocked Professional Sports.
