What this post is about is Mid-States Camera Repair in Rhode Island. Most all owners of the 200mm 1.8 always have this fear in the back of their mind regarding when and if repairs are needed to this top level no longer serviced lens. Mark and Kieth and Mid-States repaired the lens, (they had to do some digging around), communicated quick and often during the repair and when all was done even charged me less than the original quote. So for anybody needing service on thier Canon 200mm 1.8, or for any other lens for that matter, I give my highest recommendation to Mid-States Camera Repair. They are quick, reliable, not terribly expensive, able to work on older gear and both of them are just really nice guys The shop even has a nice local restaurant down the block where you can eat while you wait for your bodies to be cleaned!
