And maybe you could make a photo story/package out of your military photos. I see a nice range of images for that. I'm sure others can give a more experienced opinion on that. Just curious what your looking for and I'll pick my eight for you.

->> On the milphog2 page I like 1,2,4,5 and 6. On the other 7, 9 and 11. I'm reading these left to right and down, I assume.

On number nine the black thing on the left really bothers me. Maybe cropping just up to the guy in the backgrounds glasses and a little from the bottom to keep shape would help. It certainly has a classic feel to it as does 6 on page 2 which I really like.

I would imagine the girls w/cameras is full frame, but I really want to see the more of the edges of the frame on that one.

Good Luck!

Both Reserve Combat Camera and FLTPACEN are drilling this weekend at North Island. Plenty of people to ask for their opinion if you are interested. I myself am still awaiting the results for the Navy Reserve Photographer of the Year.

mil photog2- 4 with some de-halo-fying 6

These are the ones that caught my attention, but in reality it comes down to your personal vision on what your protfolio should say. With your black and white images, a boost in contrast could be helpful. I like dthe image back in May when it win in the clip contest, but the halos around detract from the moment in the photo. Just my two cents take it as is.

->> Robert, your images are awesome but don't waste your time asking us what to choose. This is a good exercise in judging your
editing skills and honesty with yourself.

After saying that I can't let someting go by. The underwater shots are ordinary. What I mean by that is the lens selection isn't the best. The lighting should be better. Use two strobes(one with a slave)and the composition isn't exciting and I don't know what you are taking a picture of at first glance.

After saying all that just ignore what I just said.
