Yes, shameless plug for my update, all comments welcome! lol

Hopefully in time I'll get more regular practice with cycling, can be tough to get tor grips with as they only come by 8 times, with a 5 minute gap inbetween each pass!

->> pete,you ought to try shooting the TT on the isle of man. you get 6 laps maximum but normally 4 and theres about 19 mins in between each time they come round...........not to mention there going alot faster! : -)
