Migrant Farmworkers With Aids Photograph in Monthly Contest

->> I don't know who entered the photograph in this month's contest. I am curious... Does that farmworker have AIDS through one of many partners? The photograph is pretty, but if that person did not get AIDS through having multiple partners, you are setting yourself up for a lawsuit.
When this information is left out, it also sets a bad precedent for photojournalists in the newsroom and journalism as a noble profession. When we do not fulfill our obligation to bring visual accuracy to the general public, we all lose.
