I had a pleasant change from the usual diet of college and prep basketball recently, covering the Rascal Flats concert and a Broadway musical. In some ways, they were very much alike with cheering fans and mixed lighting, but not much time to shoot with a few minutes of the opening act and songs 2 and 3 with the Flats concert.
Still- it's nice to get paid to take in a concert and a Broadway show as you tote the camera around.
