| Adam Sings In The Timber's Message: |
I am a student at the University of Montana studying journalism with an emphasis on photography. While in school I am the photo editor for Reznetnews.org, an online Native American student news website. I'm also founding member of www.CrowNews.net, a community journalism website serving Crow Agency, Mont. and the Crow Indian reservation.
I have interned at the Virginian-Pilot, the Great Falls Tribune, and the Billings Gazette.
I am also the president of the University of Montana student chapter of the Native American Journalists Association (NAJA).
I attended the Eddie Adams Barnstorm XX workshop and received the Nikon scholarship.
In addition to photography I have experience in video and extensive experience in audio. My main contributions to Reznet are audio slideshows, I have been an a semi-professional musician for 18 years with an great ear for audio, which has translated well for the "new media" that is becoming so important in today's journalism.
My passion if making photos of modern American Indians throughout the country and dispelling the stereotypes about us.
I have the coolest name on Sports Shooter I am an enrolled member of the Crow Nation of Montana.
