| Charles Ward's Message: |
I am a freelance photographer who is a graduate of Randolph Community College. I retired from IBM with thirty years of service and decided to do something that I love. I have been taking pictures since 1970 but needed additional digital education, so I enrolled in RCC. I graduated in mid August of 2007 with degrees in Bio/Medical photography and Photojournalism. I have interned with Wildlife in North Carolina Magazine, The office of State Archaeology, the Cary News and the Herald-Sun of Durham. I have freelanced for the Cary News/ News and Observer for the past six years, for NASCAR for the past three years. I presently work for the Tar Heel Monthly.
