I was one of those kids who cut pictures out of SI and hung them all over my room. When I realized I could no longer play at a college level I picked up my first camera. That was in 1979, my sophomore year in college. From there I worked on the school newspaper and yearbook staffs until I finally graduated in 1983. I did some freelance newspaper work and was the Sports Information photographer at the University of Dayton until 1989 or so. I have to admit I put my cameras down for a couple of years but as my children became active I once again followed my passion. I am available to do freelance work.
