I've been a photojournalist at the Detroit Free Press for 10 years covering news, sports, features and picture stories. Since May of 2008 I started shooting video features and projects which appear on our website http://www.freep.com and on the Detroit area CBS morning show.
I shoot about 70% still and 30% video which I find a good balance and the Detroit Free Press is a great place to do it because they see the value of video and give me and others the time needed to do video and the edit right. I absolutely love shooting video especially with sports themes and always look forward to learning more.
