I had the great privilege of covering the BCS National Championship game for the fourth year in a row. Alabama has won three of the four and Auburn one the other. This time the victim was Notre Dame in a complete trouncing. The victor, the Crimson Tide, perhaps avenged previous wrongs in the polls of the 1960's and 1970's with this domination. Well, Bama fans have long, unforgiving memories so, perhaps not. Still had fun shooting the game.
