Tom Kelly IV, a Full Time Photographer at the Daily Local News in West Chester, PA which is located about 45 minutes West of Philadelphia. I am one of three full time photographers and the first of whom to do video. I am also a freelance photographer and videographer throughout the Philadelphia area. I have an Associate of Science Degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, in Photography. I shoot mainly spot news, but I have a very strong interest in Sports and Nature Photography.
