I am a professional freelance photographer based in Tofino, British Columbia, BC, on beautiful Vancouver Island, on the West Coast of Canada. I specialize in photojournalism, editorial photography, travel photography, and commercial photography.
I am now accepting assignments worldwide.
My magazine and book clients include National Geographic Adventure, Holland Herald, Canadian Geographic, Time, Lonely Planet, Scientific American, Canadian Living, Cottage, Acoustic Guitar, CLEO, Canadian Geographic Travel, Canadian Biker, Reader's Digest, Up Here, Sea Kayaker, Surfer, Macleans, Penguin Eggs, Cross Country, and Photo Life, to name a few.

I have a professional diploma in Photojournalism and Journalism from the Western Academy of Photography in Victoria where I was awarded "Best Photojournalist". I also have a BA in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminology from the University of Calgary.
Besides photography, I love paragliding, scuba diving, surfing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, climbing, cycling, and travelling. I have been fortunate to explore Nepal, Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Mexico, Dominican Republic, India, Scotland, France, Spain, the Arctic, Cook Islands, Peru, Philippines, Chile, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
