A bit about me:
I live and shoot up in the northeast - but I travel as well. Over the years, I've been a stringer for UPI, EPA, USA Today, and I'm a regular contributor to Baseball America, where I've had the good fortune to have my work selected for several covers the past few seasons.
I'm an adjunct professor at Norwich University (A Division 3 School) here in Vermont where I teach professional practice and I volunteer as Chairman of the Vermont Board of Architects, with volunteer service on the New England Conference and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. My NCAA, MLB, NFL, and NHL sports images are available for Editorial Sale through PhotoShelter, and Icon Sports Media, with NCAA prints available through the University of Vermont Athletics Department.
Availability:
I'm pretty flexible with my schedule - ready to drive anywhere in the east and remarkably, I even don't mind travel by air (much). I'd love to offer my abilities and be part of your creative team. Deadlines are never a problem.
As some of you may know, baseball is my passion (how many days until pitcher and catchers?), but I also enjoy shooting football, hockey, soccer, skiing, sledding, undersea and travel stuff. Totally digital since '01, (when I bought my first Nikon D1) ... Some of my gear: A new Nikon D3S, a pair of Nikon D3 bodies and older Nikon D2X bodies for remotes/backups. Other stuff I schlep: Speedotron strobes, Multi-Max emotes, softboxes, etc. and some great Nikkor glass - optics ranging from a fisheye 8mm to the 600mm and pretty much everything in between... you get the picture... and an Aquatica-housed D700 with Ikelite U/W Strobes. Thank goodness for wheeled ThinkTank cases!
