Idle Time
A group of young boys gather around a pool table to help pass the day. With a staggering percent of Tanzanians unemployed, especially in the rural areas, these types of places are quite popular. Interestingly, neighboring Uganda recently passed a ban on daytime playing of pool in an attempt to encourage young men to be more productive with their days.
