A tribute to the Cotton Bowl stadium in Dallas, Texas where so much history has been made on New Year's days over the last 73 years. The Cotton Bowl game will continue but will be moved to the new state of the art stadium Jerry Jones is building. The Cotton Bowl stadium will continue to hold the annual Texas -OU game during the State Fair in addition to other college and high school games. As the last players and fans left the field and the clean up crew moved in, a group took the field for a quick pickup game before the lights were turned off for the final time in January after a Cotton Bowl game.
