Freeway Jumper
A man gestures told police officers as he threatens to jump from the Interstate 10 and 15 interchange in Ontario Monday afternoon October 18, 2004. Traffic was shut down in the area for over 3 hours while police negotiated with the man who eventually was arrested after driving his car eastbound on the 10 freeway.
