Sylvia's Forgotten Home
Sylvia Burke hugs Michael Serra, who has lived at the Centennial House for seven years. "I'm gonna miss her." Serra said of his next door neighbor. "She helps people out in the building. She do lots for the people here." The Centennial House currently has no counselors or social workers on site to help the residents, several of whom are mentally or physically disabled. 9/14/06
