Small, But Spirited
Other teams had more in the way of parents, family, and friends there to root them on, but no one... and I mean NO ONE had a livelier bunch in the stands than did the PR team. Singing, bells, horns, etc. The more "conventional" fans weren't quite sure what to make of them. Their second evening in Kalamazoo, the team went to a local minor league baseball game (The Kalamazoo Kings). They were the "life of the party" there, too. You know you are making an impact when the guys on the on-deck circle would turn around and laugh at the girls and their coaches in the stands behind them!
