[11/23/11] Used mine for the first time shooting NCAA regional cross country and was amazed at how comfortable the combination of the shoulder strap and waist belt was. I had a Canon Mark IV, 7D, 75-300L, 24-105 and several accessories in the bag and it never seemed that heavy, even after hours of scooting from location to location around the course. It's my new favorite bag. |

[05/29/10] This bag because it doesn't have the width of a LowePro Orion AW, which I've used up 4-5 of those, but the vertical arrangement for a camera and lens allows me to put everything in the bag that I had in my Orion series bag. It accommodates 70-200mm lenses well, which the Orion has been a bit short in that regard. What impressed me most were the slim pocket in the belt as well as several inside the main compartment. I especially liked that the Pocket Rocket stays tethered to loops inside the bag in the main portion or the front compartment. This serves to keep your CF media from bouncing out of the bag while running around a football field. The shoulder strap uses metal clips to attach to fabric loops. I really like that because it makes the bag quieter for slipping out of a meeting without clanking for instance. |
