In a small concrete cubicle in a former factory, grandmother Adelaide Kopase looks worn out as she watches over 3-day-old Mumsy. Adelaide is HIV positive after becoming infected while caring for her HIV infected daughter. Her daughter is at a clinic being cared for after the Caesarian section birth. They hope Mumsy will not be HIV positive as both mother and child are receiving tablets that can prevent mother to child transmission.
