A coal worker known as Mr. Li waits for a customer to meet him on the corner near Bin Jiang Dao in Tianjin, China Monday, December 4, 2006. Mr. Li has been looking for a way to migrate to the United States, either legally or otherwise, to improve his situation. On average, the coal workers make around 100¥ per day ($12.50 UDS) except during the busy season in October or November which sometimes earns them 400¥ ($50 USD) per day.
