A special gallery created by SportsShooter.com member Adam Vogler "Private Gallery"     [index] <<- Previous Next ->> Adam Vogler / Tribune Phil Shaver, Springfield, Mo., pours beans into a serving pot at the Free Bean Feed during the 134th Annual Old Soldiers and Sailors Reunion in Erie Friday, July 13. Buckets are used to transport the beans into the pot from the kettles the beans are cooked in. American Legion Post 102 members and auxiliary prepared and served 1400 lbs. of navy beans for the event. The beans are cooked over open flames in 53 iron kettles.
