Antonio Crisanto cleans debris from his yard and the street in front of his house Monday afternoon in Fellsmere, FL. The Fellsmere area was fortunate in that it did not sustain as much damage as other areas affected by hurricane Frances. It lost power and phone capabilities, but it's water only suffered a brief interruption.
