This is a collection of some of my favorite photos in 2007. I am very lucky to have witnessed what I did during the year. I hope to be as lucky this upcoming year.
I've been chief photographer of The Sporting News for 12 years now, shooting pictures and getting in the way of some of the best shooters and editors I know. Before TSN I worked as a staff photographer at The Hartford Courant, the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and the Macon Telegraph and News. Somewhere in there I was a freelance photographer in London doing documentary work, which means I threw darts and drank beer too often.
The center of my life is my family, which includes my wife Wendy and our children Ina (11), Ethan (9) and Abigail (7).
